Big Rock Industries (BRI) is a strategic management consulting group whose mission is to maximize client value through excellence in leadership, corporate governance, fiscal management, business development, and brand awareness.
BRI was cofounded by Rob Bergmann and Brian Lentz as a way to organize a central team of professionals who deliver leadership and management services enterprise-wide. BRI provides strategic management services to clients Big Rock Exploration, F3 Gold, Exsolve, Relevant Gold Corp., and Relevant Copper Corp.

Rob Bergmann
Cofounder
A passionate, professionally trained geologist, Rob Bergmann has over 13 years of exploration and mineral development experience across North America on commodities including gold, silver, copper, nickel, uranium, industrial minerals, and rare earth elements. Rob cofounded Big Rock Exploration in 2010 and led the company through 10x growth as President. Today Rob is a director at Big Rock, which has become a premier North American mineral exploration service provider with over 50 scientists working with some of the largest mining companies in the world. In addition to Big Rock, Rob is also cofounder of several other innovative mineral resource companies, including Relevant Gold Corp (CEO), Exsolve (CEO), F3 Gold (President), and Relevant Copper Corp. (CEO). Rob has a B.Sc. in Geology from Winona State University and is a member of the Society of Economic Geologists (SEG), Society of Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration (SME), and several other mineral resource-related organizations.
Brian Lentz
Cofounder
Brian Lentz has over 13 years of experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry, servicing clients and projects across North America. An exploration geologist by training, he quickly carved out a specialty as an innovative entrepreneur within the metal and mineral industries. In 2010, Brian cofounded Big Rock Exploration, a geological and technical consulting firm specializing in metals and minerals, and as Vice President he helped to establish the company as a leader for geological consulting in North America. Today Brian is a director for Big Rock and provides strategic guidance and leadership to the other companies he cofounded in the following roles: Relevant Gold Corp (CXO, director), Relevant Copper Corp. (COO), Exsolve (COO), and F3 Gold (Vice President). Brian is a Certified Professional Geologist through the American Institute of Professional Geologists and is a Licensed Responsible Explorer through the State of Minnesota. Brian holds a B.Sc. in Geology from Winona State University.
Sam Siebenaler
VP Corporate Development
Sam Siebenaler is an economic Geologist with nearly 20 years of experience, including 15 years in mining and exploration. He formerly worked as a Senior Geologist II at Newmont Mining, where he was involved with exploration project development, economic analysis, royalty oversight, strategic planning, metallurgical studies, and geotechnical. He also is experienced in sales, lead generation, marketing, and estimating. Prior to entering the mining industry, he served in the US Army as an Information Systems Assurance Officer. He has a passion for leadership and enjoys mentoring early career geologists as well as transitioning military veterans.
Kristopher Jensen
VP Corporate Communications
As vice president of corporate communications, Kris Jensen oversees internal and external communications, marketing, government affairs, media relations, and investor relations for BRI and its clients. Over the past 20 years Kris has provided public relations and public affairs consulting to clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to public sector agencies, governments, nonprofits, and industry and trade associations. Kris has extensive experience working with tribal governments, agencies, and tribally-owned businesses in the United States and applies this knowledge to provide insights into tribal relations. For the past 5 years Kris has worked in the mining industry providing community relations and CSR support to F3 Gold and now Relevant Gold. Kris is a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
Rebekah Hutchison
Marketing and Administrative Coordinator
Rebekah focuses on marketing and social media for BRI and its clients. She graduated from the University of Wyoming (UW) with a degree in Marketing & Communications and has significant experience in campaign management, including digital strategy development, campaign execution, and measurement. One of her campaigns can be found in the UW Honor’s College Repository.
